EUROPASS SRL (Italy)

EUROPASS SRL is a School of Languages and Culture, and a Vocational Training Organization accredited by the Regional Council of Tuscany, operating since 1976.
Since 1992, the institute has been dedicated to the teaching of languages and cultures, and to teachers’ continuing education.
Europass has about 20 employees in its headquarters in Florence, 10 of whom are teachers of Italian and/or trainers, and a network of over 80 professional trainers who deliver courses and are paid as external partners.
Every year the school offers courses to:
– Approx. 5000 teachers attending short term Professional Development courses;
– Approx. 1000 students of Italian language and culture
The students of the school come from all over the world, with a large majority from the European Union.

SERIOUS GAMES INTERACTIVE APS (Denmark)

We are an award-winning company with 15+ years of expertise. Our main activity is developing serious games, simulations and learning games. This involves all the skills necessary to create a game: programming, visuals, game design, didactical design etc.
We see games as a powerful language that can shape the world and how people learn. We have extensive experience with both Danish, European and other international project.

We mainly develop learning games towards school children and young people. Over the last  years we have especially focused on developing our platform DIBL, which take as its starting point dilemma-based learning with game elements. At the centre of this activity is a game didactics evolving around collaborative and participatory approach in the classroom, where the teacher is empowered and the students become engaged.

We have over the years worked with all groups of learners as we have developed +250 solutions. This involves both primary, secondary, highschool and higher education across very diverse topics from Citizenship to STEM.
